The representation of an individual athlete is the greatest responsibility in sports management.

Our team has a wealth of experience in managing global sports events and securing multimillion-dollar sponsorship contracts. However, we believe guiding an individual's professional career carries the greatest responsibility of all.

The agent or intermediary must take every possible care to guide the player and sometimes their family, in a manner that advances their long-term interests.

Our senior football management team is committed to providing the best advice to players based on a small number of key principles:

– Managing player contracts to ensure they represent true market value.
– Plan careers so short-term needs don’t harm long-term potential.
– Inform a player’s decisions so they’re taken with full knowledge.
– Guarantee round-the-clock attention from a team of at least two agents.
– Provide ongoing counsel and assessment on all football and club matters.

What We Don't Do

We don't pretend, lie or exaggerate what we do and what it represents.

Some agents/intermediaries buy player loyalty by offering incentives for them to sign with their agency. Some offer services in areas which aren’t relevant.

Platinum One commits to not:

– Offering inducements for players or families to sign with the agency.
– Managing a player’s money – we will make introductions to financial advisers
– Taking commission from 3rd parties whom we recommend to players or families.
– Making decisions for any player. We advise – the player chooses; always.
