Fintan has been involved in the sports management industry for 30 years during which time he has represented scores of top athletes, project managed Ireland’s staging of the 2006 Ryder Cup Matches, led the PO team that managed pre-season camps and matches for FA Premier League clubs as well as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Sevilla.

Fintan has wide business experience including six years as chairman of Paddy Power Betfair Plc, Hostelworld Plc, Mainstream Renewable Power, and RTÉ (Ireland’s public service broadcaster), and was a non-executive Board member of Anglo Irish Bank Plc.

He is a registered FA Intermediary and is Chair of Sport Against Racism Ireland (SARI)
