John invested in PO and joined the board in 2015 after he retired as Managing Director – Africa of JP Morgan, where, for five years he led the growth of the global bank in sub Saharan Africa.

A career banker since he graduated from university, he has worked in London, New York and Africa but retired to Ireland in 2014 in order to develop a number of private business interests.

John is Chief Executive of Thula Capital.
