Andrew Douglas was a youth player with Arsenal before moving to Sheffield Wednesday. In his early twenties, he retired and went to university.

On graduation he returned to Arsenal as an executive, progressed quickly and was given charge of Arsenal’s global soccer schools with responsibility for the overall operation of academies in 20 countries, increasing brand visibility worldwide, membership numbers and generating additional revenue for the club.

Andrew joined Platinum One in 2015 and is experienced in the management of elite players and in advisory services to clubs. He is a registered FA Intermediary.
